Access to and use of the kc8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old and that you have the legal right to engage in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. kc8 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances and winnings forfeited.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one kc8 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, kc8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bets placed across those accounts, and withhold any balances pending investigation. Players who suspect a duplicate account has been created in their name should contact support immediately at [email protected].

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your kc8 account, including your full legal name, a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure. kc8 may at any time request supporting documentation to verify the details provided at registration, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (NID) or passport.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kc8 account credentials, including your mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kc8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify kc8 support immediately and change your password without delay.

kc8 reserves the right to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks at any point in the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account behaviour. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of being requested will result in withdrawal restrictions being applied until verification is complete. Player funds are not at risk during a KYC review; only withdrawal processing will be suspended until checks are satisfied.

kc8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladeshi bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kc8 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is materially larger than the player's typical account activity.

Player funds held in kc8 accounts are treated as client money and are maintained separately from kc8 operational funds. Your account balance reflects funds available for wagering and withdrawal at any time, subject to any applicable bonus wagering requirements or pending verification. kc8 does not use player funds for operational expenses. In the event of any platform dispute, your deposited balance remains protected pending resolution.

All bonuses and promotional offers issued by kc8 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.

This includes depositing funds obtained through illegal means, using stolen payment credentials, or structuring deposits and withdrawals to obscure the source or destination of funds. kc8 complies with applicable anti-money laundering standards and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities. Accounts suspected of involvement in financial crime will be suspended immediately and balances frozen pending investigation.

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage — including chip dumping in poker variants, sharing live dealer information in real time, or using software tools to automate or manipulate play — is strictly prohibited. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond kc8's reasonable control. kc8 will not be liable for any losses — including lost winnings or missed betting opportunities — arising directly or indirectly from platform downtime, regardless of the cause.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc8's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their kc8 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kc8 excludes all liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.
